There are statement necklaces and then there are shoes that make a statement.
It all started with these fancy flower feathers, two strands of Chain Reaction, and some pretty black patent heels. The feather embellishment pieces are easy to make: Cut your chains accordingly, hot glue them to the back of the feather, and glue a black piece of felt over the back to hide the glue. Then you can glue them or clip them to your shoe. Wear them on the back, on the side, YOU are the designer. Prom. A night out. Do your thing!
